Day 2 of DEFTJAMS’ future of music series. Don’t miss WASHED OUT, SMALL BLACK and PICTUREPLANE the day before this on 3/15 – RSVP

Likely your only chance to see 3 of NEW YORK’s most hyped electro and indie acts together like this!

THESE ARE POWERS fuse bassy drumming and kooky strained vocals into a niche of electro and dance music that is all their own. Full of energy and forward thinking music, check them out at

LEMONADE gives a brand new meaning to the word ‘epic’ as it relates to breaks in dance music. Ominous bassline and hi-hat combos build relentlessly into completely glorious and unexpected breaks. One of my favorite albums of last year!

MP3: “Blissout” – Lemonade

MP3: “Real Slime”(Lazer Sword remix) – Lemonade

MNDR (pronounced man-dar) consists of a single fly-ass mom jeans wearing electro super producer. MNDR has programmed synth for some of the biggest acts in including, Yeah Yeah Yeah’s among others. Her pop sensibility is undeniable, and so is her raw talent.

MP3: “C.L.U.B.” – MNDR
