A very happy Thanksgiving indeed. Rhode Island based tribal remixer Sina Sohrab aka Machu Picchu just put up his remix of Grizzly Bear’s remix of Notwist’s “Boneless”. A re-remix? Confused? Me too. What escapes the confusion is an extended atmospheric mix that buries the track in a shallow grave and covers the plot lightly and lovingly with floating tones and a sandy snare that obscure the dissonant horns of the Grizzly Bear remix.
