There’s something about Surkin that just reminds of the 9 to 5, and this is probably part of the reason for my affinity towards Scuola Furano. Where Surkin misses out on rewarding tropical overtones, Scuola swoops in and wins big. It’s catchy enough that you want to keep hearing it, but so laid back you’re lulled into thinking it won’t end.
